By placing a COD order, you agree to receive and pay for the package. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in COD privileges being restricted.

Orders are delivered through GoGo Xpress or another approved courier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, weather, courier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and delivery address.

We aim to represent our fragrances accurately. However, appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, packaging updates, and screen settings.

Fragrance preference is personal. Disliking a scent alone does not mean the product is defective.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Francis & May promptly and provide photos or an unboxing video when available.

Approved cases may qualify for replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Opened or used fragrances generally cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or scent preference, except where required by Philippine consumer law.

Francis & May's logo, artwork, packaging designs, photographs, and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Francis & May may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights provided under Philippine law.
